Teresia Bost | General Counsel of Quartet Health

Teresia Bost brings over 22 years of experience as an attorney to her position as General Counsel of Quartet Health. She is admitted to practice law in NY, NJ and CT and has notable experience facilitating global business operations, corporate governance, compliance, commercial contracts, and social responsibility. Prior to joining Quartet, she was at Celgene for almost 14 years, where she served as a strategic partner to account executives contracting with insurance plans, pharmacies, wholesalers, physician practices and vendors, as well as advising in other areas in healthcare law, including HIPAA. Teresia was featured in the New Jersey Rising Stars Super Lawyers publication in 2006 and 2007 and was honored by the Executive Women of New Jersey in their 2016 “Salute to Policymakers.” Teresia has spoken on a number of panels at conferences such as Women, Influence Power and Law (WIPL), Corporate Counsel Women of Color (CCWC) and others. Teresia holds a B.A. from Fisk University, a JD from Touro Law Center and has completed coursework toward an LL.M. in European Business Law at the University of Amsterdam.
