Erica Mason the President of the Hispanic National Bar Association and is a labor & employment partner in the Atlanta office of Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete, LLP. Her practice focuses on litigation involving claims of employment discrimination, harassment, wage & hour violations and other employment-related matters. She has handled individual, collective action, and class action cases both in federal district courts and state courts throughout the United States, and before various federal and state regulatory agencies. Erica is also a nationally-recognized speaker and trainer on a wide variety of issues including employment law; diversity, inclusion, and implicit bias; leadership training for women and minority attorneys and executives; and the use of design-think to tackle challenges facing today’s legal departments and law firms.
Erica earned her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law, and her undergraduate degree in Economics, cum laude, from Georgia State University. She also serves a Board Director of OnBoard Now, an organization dedicated to increasing the number of women on corporate boards in Georgia (2015-present), and is the current President of the Hispanic National Bar Association. Prior to attending law school, Erica worked in the music industry for 7 years and was the General Manager of a Major Recording Label in Atlanta.
